Full size mannequin
Markers
Sharpies
2 Magazines
Fabric Markers

Schedule

9.45am BE READY

Be ready for start of camp
Enter Zoom meeting
Be wearing your headset and test the microphone
Have participants/campers on mute
Have samples ready to show during Meet 'n' Greet
Have materials ready for demonstration if needed
Have water close by
Have camper info in case you need to contact a parent by phone

10am MEET 'n' GREET (20 Mins)

Greet campers whilst waiting for everyone to join.
Have campers start on their Welcome Activity: Coloring Sheet
Mute ALL campers then unmute each camper one at a time as you go around the "room" and ask everyone to say their name and an interesting fact you (the instructor) choose.

SUGGESTION: Your favorite outdoor activity

NOTE: Try to get the kids interacting at this point, suggest camper A asks camper B a question etc.

10.20am GOALS (10 Mins)

With campers muted:
- Introduce camp projects
  - Show samples of each item
  - Explain goals for the week
  - and goals for today
- CAMP GUIDELINES

10.30am FASHION DRAWING ACTIVITY (30 Mins)

T-shirt Designs

Supplies needed: Bag labelled "Choose Your Own Design"

Markers or colored pencils or Sharpies

NOTE: Before break ask campers to bring a piece of paper to place inside t-shirt for next activity.

11am 15 MINUTE BREAK (Use this time to help anyone catch up)

11.15am T-SHIRT (1 Hour)

Supplies needed: T-shirt, scissors, masking tape, measuring tape

VIDEO Marking T-shirt

VIDEO Cutting The T-shirt

12.15PM LUNCH BREAK

1.15pm FRIENDSHIP BRACELETS (35 Mins)

Supplies needed: pincushion, needle threader, scissors, needle and thread

VIDEO "How To Make Friendship Bracelets"

Campers: Make Friendship Bracelets

1.50pm 15 MINUTE BREAK (use this time to help anyone if needed)

Option To Play "Would You Rather..."

2.05pm FASHION CHALLENGE (30 Mins)

Supplies needed: Mannequin, white t-shirt , blue trash bag, ribbon, masking tape, pins

FASHION CHALLENGE

Campers who finish early should work on coloring sheet

2.35pm WIND DOWN (25 Mins)

Clean up
Prepare for tomorrow
Show 'n' tell (Enjoy Doing Item)
Tell campers what to bring for show 'n' tell tomorrow
If time - campers share "what I liked about camp today..."

3pm END OF DAY

End Zoom meeting - do not leave open
Make sure you are prepared for tomorrow
