10am MEET 'n' GREET

Admit campers.
-
Greet campers whilst waiting for everyone to join.

Have campers start on the Welcome Activity - Surf Board Option 1
-
Introduce yourself and tell the campers a little bit about you including your sewing experience.
-
Mute ALL campers then unmute each camper one at a time as you go around the "room" and ask everyone to say their name and an interesting fact you (the instructor) choose.

Supplies needed: pincushion, needle threader, scissors, needle and thread

Campers: practice threading needle​​
​
Note: Experienced sewers can sew decorative stitches on the bookmark. Repeat campers can work on the extra activity in their box.

Campers: Use threaded and knotted needle to practise straight stitch
