The birthday party can accommodate up to 15 children max. This ensures we have adequate supervision and can pay the appropriate number of supervisors. Please don't ask us to make an exception, as safety is very important especially when working with sewing machines.

We have four themes and they are really based around age and typical development of the group such as needle dexterity, ability to stay on task and follow directions, with older children being able to work more independently. The themes are:

Me and My Doll (Ages 6-8) Dolls welcome at this party! ​After an introduction of guests and their dolls, everyone will learn how to sew at this fun party! The project is a crossbody bag for an 18" doll. Party guests choose colors for their bag, appliqué, button and ribbon. ​Guests and their dolls will enjoy your cake and snacks in our party room afterwards.

Mini-Fashionistas (Ages 6-10)

For young future fashion designers!

Party guests will work on three fun fashion challenges. The first one is a short ice-breaker, the second one involves multiple fabric choices and for the third challenge we divide into small groups to work on the "Grand Finale" challenge.

After posing for a photo shoot the guests will move to the party room for cake and snacks.

Sewing Machine (Ages 8-12)

This is a fun and exciting sewing machine birthday party where everyone gets to use sewing machines to make a choice of either a Crossbody Bag or from various Pillow designs (chosen by the birthday person!)

Firstly, we will have a safety briefing, followed by an overview of the anatomy of the sewing machine. For concerned parents - our sewing machines have a speed control and we keep them on slow!

​Our instructors are with the party guests every step of the way to ensure the safe completion of the project.

​After sewing there will be time for your cake and snacks in our party room!

Choose the theme that suits your child best.

All guests who participate in our classes, camps or birthday parties must complete an online waiver form for liability and media usage. If you have booked a birthday party for your child you will receive an email with a link to the liability/waiver form and you must distribute this to your guests ahead of the party. If we do not have a waiver on file, then we cannot let the child participate, so please make sure that every invited child's parent has received it so there is no disappointment.

Once you have selected your theme and thought about how many children will attend (up to 10 or up to 15), then you can book online. Select your date and time, give us some details about your child and pay for your slot. Once we receive payment your reservation is confirmed and a confirmation email will be sent to you (check spam in case). You will also receive a link to the liability and media form which must be forwarded to the parents of each child attending the party. Please note that your payment secures your slot and is final. There are no refunds for birthday parties. Families typically book them in advance so it makes it unlikely that we could book out that slot at short notice. However, if the birthday child is sick we will try to reschedule to a later date but is subject to availability.

Please arrive no sooner than 10-15 minutes before the party as it's more than enough time and we may be using the rooms for other events until then. Please arrange for pizza to be delivered 45 minutes before the end of the party.
